Consegna libri in Italia: spedizione con corriere e consegna entro 2 giorni lavorativi dopo il giorno di accredito del pagamento; costo fisso Euro 3,00 + IVA 22%, spedizione tracciata. Spedizione gratuita con ordine superiore a 18,00 Euro (salvo sia attiva una promozione di spedizione del tutto gratuita oppure tramite coupon che la preveda). Non è garantita la consegna nella tempistica di cui sopra, nelle isole e in località disagiate, o nel periodo prenatalizio. Eventuali ritardi causati dal corriere per motivi eccezionali, tipo sciopero, pandemia, etc.. non sono a noi ascrivibili.

Se hai acquistato un libro dall’Italia, puoi restituire il libro se diverso da quello ordinato o se danneggiato, ma anche in caso tu abbia cambiato idea purché il libro non sia stato aperto e risulti quindi nuovo, entro 14 giorni dalla consegna. Dopo aver ricevuto il reso provvederemo a effettuare il rimborso nel più breve tempo possibile.
If you purchased a book from Italy, you can return the book if it is different from the one ordered or if it is damaged, but you have changed your mind as long as the bookhas not been opened and is therefore new, within 14 days of delivery. After receiwing the return, we will issue the refund as soon as possible.
Se hai acquistato un libro dall’estero, potrai chiedere il rimborso senza restituire il libro, inviando documentazione fotografica di ciò che è accaduto, se diverso da quello ordinato o se danneggiato, entro 14 giorni dalla consegna, provvederemo a effettuare il rimborso appena possibile.
If you purchased a book from aboard, you can ask for a refund without returning the book, by sending photographic documentation of what happened, if it is different from the one ordered or if it is damaged, within 14 days of delivery, we will issue the refund as soon as possible.
